Refund policy

If you are not completely happy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days from receiving your order and you may return it for an exchange, store or website credit. After receiving return authorization from Web Administrator, the Store Credit will only be issued once the item has been returned and is in satisfactory condtion.

Please note - special orders that are made to order (pendant lamps, wall clocks, table lamps, floor lamps) are not able to be returned. Please contact us prior to purchase for more details. 

How to return an item?
1) Contact Alena at alena@shapirogallery.com. Include reason for return, your address and a phone number with the best time to call you.
2) Please return item(s) in the original shipping carton using all the original packing materials and include a copy of the packing slip.
3) Once we receive an item and ensure everything is in order, we will issue you a store credit.

What if the item is damaged?
We make every effort in carefully packing your order but if any item(s) arrive damaged please do the following:

Contact Alena at alena@shapirogallery.com and email your phone number and the best time to reach you. You will be contacted when you requested.
Please retain the broken item(s) and the original carton and ALL of the packing material.
Repack broken items as originally packaged
All items are insured and UPS may need to pick up the damaged item(s) to complete the insurance claim.

We will make every effort to replace damaged item(s) as soon as possible.
